DEY, L.P. Names John Kling as Senior Vice President to Head Legal Affairs
Napa, CA, March 20, 2003 - Dey L.P., a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on prescription drug products for the treatment of selected respiratory diseases and allergies, announced today the appointment of John Kling as Senior Vice President, Legal. In this newly created position, Mr. Kling will be responsible for managing the Company’s legal affairs.
Mr. Kling is an experienced business attorney having spent more than 25 years as resident counsel for a variety of companies. His background includes several years in the healthcare sector with tenures at B. Braun / McGraw, Aesculap and Premiere Laser. He also has considerable experience in all aspects of domestic and international corporate and commercial law, including litigation and intellectual property, two important issues for the healthcare industry.
