Message for Search Firms/Recruitment Agencies

Dey engages from time to time with a preferred list of search firms/recruitment agencies who have signed Dey's agency agreement. Unless you have a Dey recruitment agency agreement in place and have been specifically asked by Dey's Human Resources Department to assist with filling a position, please do not send any resumes or correspond with others at Dey outside of Human Resources regarding any openings or candidates. If you send a resume without Human Resources asking you to do so, or engage in discussions with individuals at Dey outside of the Human Resources Department, the resume will be considered unsolicited and Dey will not pay a placement fee if that person is hired, nor will Dey invite you to work on future Dey job opportunities.
