In October of 2002, I was offered the opportunity to join a team of sales professionals for a company I knew shared the same values and goals that I did, and the decision to join Dey then was one I knew would change my career forever. I was offered a sales position as part of a successful team with a leader who would soon prove to be a great coach, mentor and driven to succeed. After a successful first year, I then went on to win the prestigious President’s Club award during year two. And still, I know that it was something I could not have done without the coaching and support of my peers and mentors. The training and support that Dey has offered throughout my career helped me to achieve success as a sales representative and now as a recently promoted Regional Manager. Dey is committed to professional growth and training; nurtures a close-knit environment, with expectations and values in line with my own: Dey is family oriented and stays in touch with the needs of the people the company serves best—the patients. These attributes help me to know I am making a difference everyday—not only within Dey, but in society as a whole as our medicines improve the quality of life for our patients. These examples contributed to my joining Dey in 2002. It was the right decision THEN—and continues to be the right decision—NOW.
