I came to Dey after having worked 19 years with a privately held Food & Drug Chain known for customer service and taking care of their employees. My search was for a career in the pharmaceutical industry that would lead me into management but also toward a company that had a history of taking care of their customers and their employees. Dey has provided me with the opportunity to grow and advance professionally and personally. The company also helped me in attaining and paying for an advanced degree. Dey is a company that recognizes those who have the desire to grow and the leadership to mentor those that express this desire. It has been a great partnership.
