Quality Systems

I started working for Dey in 1992 which was a period of tremendous growth for the company. It was exciting to watch not only the physical facility expand but to also see the departments add personnel to keep up with the increasing demand for Dey’s products.

Although Dey is no longer the small company that it was in the early 1990s, it has retained some of the best aspects of a small company such as: close camaraderie between employees and management in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. For instance, the pace at Dey is fast, but employees still find the time to share lunch on the outdoor patio or participate in birthday potlucks. Another aspect of Dey that I appreciate is the sense of humor and fun that finds its way into most day-to-day interactions and meetings.

These are just some of the reasons why I am still working at and enjoying Dey after 15 years!
