Dey has a great work environment. I feel supported, encouraged and challenged to be a better professional. This support is a mosaic from many contributors. I feel like I have the support of management and marketing in my sales bag when I step into the front door of a physician's office. I've been given many opportunities to expand my base of experience; for instance, being a regional field sales trainer. It is both rewarding and encouraging to mentor other field sales representatives and watch them develop and grow! I consider it a real privilege to work for an organization that is able to improve the lives of patients at every stage of life.
