Since I joined Dey in 2001, the years have flown by. I have been part of a company that has transitioned its business from a generics to a specialty pharmaceutical company. I enjoy the type of work I do because it allows me to impact the work of twenty or so different departments and support our business strategy. The leadership has shown their trust in me. They allow me creative license, which contributes to my job being very rewarding. I also have an exceptional staff. Additionally, being able to work in the Napa Valley is wonderful. I commute from Sonoma County through beautiful vineyards.
