I have been working at Dey for just over one year. This is my first job in a pharmaceutical company. It was intimidating at first, but the atmosphere at Dey made me comfortable and the job/work has been a very satisfying experience. The environment at Dey allows everyone’s voice to be heard, with good ideas recognized. I also have the benefit of working with a talented group of people. The free exchange of ideas has allowed me to learn a great deal in a very short period of time.
