Community Involvement

DEY® plays an active role in supporting non-profit and charitable organizations on a national and local level. DEY's efforts primarily support local Napa organizations and those involved in research, education, and community outreach for patients suffering from asthma, allergies, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. On a national level, DEY donates money and products to leading medical centers, health organizations, and universities. Support has included major contributions to the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI) and other organizations.

Locally, DEY is actively involved with the local chapter of the American Lung Association and provides funds to organizations such as the Volunteer Center of Napa Valley. The company also supports the Napa Valley River Festival, Napa Valley Symphony, Napa Valley Repertory Theater, Napa Valley Community Foundation, Napa Valley College, the Napa Rotary and other non-profit organizations.

Each year DEY contributes over $100,000 to the DEY Community Fund within the Community Foundation of the Napa Valley. The fund is the source of charitable gifts to a wide array of local activities and programs in Napa and surrounding communities.

For these efforts and others, DEY was named "Business of the Year" for 2004 by the Napa Chamber of Commerce.
